The product moved on. The site didn't.
Modernization is not a facelift. It is bringing the site up to the level of the product: what you sell now, who buys it now, proof that is current, a stack that is fast, and analytics that show what the site returns. We keep the URLs and rankings that work, and rebuild everything that doesn't.
Founder-led, product first.
- Engineering studios and services firms whose site was built in 2019 and describes a smaller company.
- B2B software companies on WordPress, Webflow or a legacy CMS where every change needs a developer and a week.
- Companies with real customers and no proof on the site: no cases, no numbers, no screenshots of the current product.
Five deliverables, one team.
- 01Audit and keep list
What ranks, what converts, what must survive: URLs, content, integrations. A redirect map before anything is touched.
- 02Repositioning
The sentence for the company you are now, and a page order that shows the current product and the current customers.
- 03Design system in code
Components, typography and tokens your team can extend. Real screenshots, not stock imagery.
- 04Stack and performance
Next.js on Vercel by default; self-hosted fonts, optimized images, Core Web Vitals in the green from both India and the US.
- 05Measurement
GA4 events, source capture, Search Console, structured data. You see what changed after launch, not just how it looks.
Every page, link, form and ranking. The keep list and the redirect map.
Sentence, page order, proof. Signed off before design.
Design and engineering together, on the new stack, behind a preview URL until launch day.
Redirects live, Search Console monitored, 90 days of fixes.
The Hummingbird Collective's old site could not carry its pedagogy to parents on a phone, let alone to donors. Rebuilt end to end with admissions as one observable flow, inquiries tripled the next intake cycle.
A school repositioned for parents and supporters alike.
Before you write to us.
Will we lose our Google rankings?+
Not if the keep list and redirect map are done first, which is why they are the first deliverable. Pages that rank keep their URLs or get one-hop 301s; Search Console is watched daily for the first month.
Can you migrate off WordPress or Webflow?+
Yes. Content is migrated, forms and integrations reconnected, and the CMS need is handled in code or a lightweight headless setup depending on how often your team edits.
How long does modernization take?+
Six to ten weeks, similar to a new build, because the positioning and proof work is the same. The inventory adds a week at the start and removes surprises at the end.
Do you work with companies outside India?+
Yes. Reviews are asynchronous with a shared preview URL; calls in the IST evening and US morning overlap.
We only need the site to be faster. Is that enough?+
Speed alone rarely changes inquiries. The scorecard will show whether the sentence, proof or path is the real problem; if speed is the only weak point, we say so and scope accordingly.
What does it cost?+
Scoped after the teardown or a call. The teardown is ₹20,000 or $249 and is credited toward the engagement.
Start with the score. It takes a minute and costs nothing.
Five points, instant. Then the written fixes by email, the paid teardown, or a conversation about the full engagement. Your call, in that order.
